Larry & Margot Engagement

This incredible couple got engaged on one of the coldest days of this winter. Their engagement felt very intimate as they were surrounded by family and friends that were ecstatic for the couple. As far as the shooting went, I can easily say that it was loaded with challenges due to the weather, but this couple’s connection can warm the heart melt Everest. Lawrence and Margaret’s slideshow dvd marks a great accomplishment for me as I moved to a new stlye of slideshow editing and dvd authoring. Congratulations ! hope to see you at the wedding.

Great 2009! 2010 here we come..
New year for the world, and a new year for RLA Studios. Thanks to God, word of mouth, and the wonderful couples and people that I work with, I’ve had a very successful 2009. I’m looking forward to the work I have booked for 2010, and the events that I have yet to book for this new year.
We’re off to a great start with a wonderful couple who are having a January engagement. Respecting the couple’s wishes, I am keeping all the photos under wraps, so the couple can surprise their friends and family with them at a later time. The locations can be best described as time -encompassing; past, present, future, as we got some wonderful images next to old buildings, some street fun, and even near futuristic structures. The couple were a blast and tons of fun, and that’s what made the shooting in the cold more tolerable. Look forward to seeing all of their photos sometime in early February.
Ofcourse, this post would be no fun without a photo, so here’s a beautiful panorama of the interior of St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church in Toronto.

Marian + Morcos Engaged !
What can I say about this day? I honestly believe that since this couple are such nice people, they were truly blessed with a beautiful engagement day. Nice locations, good weather, wonderful clouds, and a good venue. Again, I managed to get them against walls and on the grass, but this time in a suit and a dress. Ofcourse, with such cooperation, I owed it to them to take superb photos. I want to say thanks to Mina (Morcos’ brother) and Joe (Marian’s brother) for helping me carry my equipment around the park. The couple are very lucky to have such loving families.
Marian + Morcos Pre-Engagement

Morcos and Marian were a dream to work with. They were fun, adventurous, and were not afraid to get dirty lying on the grass or leaning against old downtown buildings. We hit many locations downtown and got a lot of wonderful shots. You can see more of this shoot at our Official Website.
